Hazelbrook is made with Fresh milk. Many competitor ice creams are not!

The main ingredient for many of our competitor ice creams is “Partially Reconstituted Lactose Reduced Whey Protein Concentrate” ….do you really want to eat that?

Hazelbrook’s main ingredient is fresh skimmed milk and cream.

 

Every 1 litre tub of Hazelbrook Farm is made using 1 pint of milk. So a scoop of Hazelbrook Farm is a great way for parents to get milky goodness into their kids.

 

Hazelbrook Farm is made in Killashandra Co Cavan. We have over 1,000 cows "working" for HB, producing over 3 million litres of ice cream per year, that’s equivalent to 12 million glasses of milk!

 

Hazelbrook Farm range is surprisingly low in fat, less than 5g per 100ml serving.

 

You won’t find any artificial colours in Hazelbrook Farm
